The Warranty extends only to Dog Beds manufactured by Dazy Dog, purchased from Dazy Dog and located in the United States.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser & for the period of time that the product is owned by the original purchaser. We define the original purchaser as the first purchaser of the Dog Bed.
The original purchaser must have the receipt of purchase
Dazy Dog warrants the Dog Bed in its original packaging sold to you against defects in material and workmanship as detailed in the below section entitled "Details of the Cover". This warranty is for One year from the time of purchase and only when the Dog Bed is used normally for its intended purposes in the home.
Details of the Cover
This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover the follow:
* Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use
* Comfort, size or selection based preferences
* Physical abuse including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage
* Damage caused by commercial use such as in a hotel or store
* Any dog bed sold be resellers who are not authorized resellers
What happens in the event of a Defect
Please notify Dazy Dog via our shop@dazydog,com email address immediately upon discover of a defect with details of its nature.
In the event of a defect, depending on its nature & upon agreement, Dazy Dog will replace with a new bed or new cover, at its discretion. For example, a tear in the cover will qualify for a replacement cover as the bed foam components are not compromised. If there are defaults in the foam components, a new bed will be supplied.
In the event of a defect, you must return the Dog Bed to an address nominated by Dazy Dog. Should shipping costs be required, you will not be responsible for these costs (Dazy Dog must be notified of these costs for acceptance prior to shipping).
