    Shipping is free for orders over $79 AUD

    Your order is processed same business day if ordered before 2PM, otherwise it will be processed the next business day.


    For free shipping options, delivery is 2-8 days, depending on your proximity to the product location.

    For express delivery (extra charge at checkout) delivery is 1-4 days, depending on your proximity to the product location.

    Warranty

    Each product page will list the warranty.

    Contact us via email (shop@dazydog.com) within the warranty period with full details of the issue, immediatly after it arises.

    Returns

    Refer to the Return Policy for full information. Generally:

    *Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase

    *Opened items differ from product to product. Refer to the individual product page FAQ section for return criteria for that item.

    If your order is outside of 7 days but you have an issue and are within the warranty period, please email us shop@dazydog.com with details.

    You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item, within the same country of purchase.
