Warranty:
▪️ 1 year manufacturing warranty on all components.

▪️ The bed is not warranted against damages caused from heavy dog scratching, chewing and other rough use.

Returns & Exchanges:
Unopened & unused beds can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

We cannot accept opened beds for exchange or refund, as they are too cumbersome to handle once opened, along with the hygiene issues.
