Why dont we pre-assemble and compress the bed anymore?

To protect the shape and structure of the foam, we don’t roll the bed up fully assembled like many brands do — that kind of compression and tight rolling leads to days-long decompression, a wrinkly cover, and a sad-looking bed for the first few days and sometimes longer. (We know because we used to do it too, but the first impression wasn’t great — too many unhappy pups. So we’ve upgraded our packaging and eliminated the issue.)

Now, we pack the foam and cover together but unassembled, so everything arrives fresh and in top shape. Setup takes just a minute: slide the foam into the cover and zip it up.

Each product page will list the warranty.

Contact us via email (shop@dazydog.com) within the warranty period with full details of the issue, immediately after it arises.

Refer to the Return Policy for full information. Generally:

* Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase

* Opened items differ from product to product. Refer to the individual product page FAQ section for return criteria for that item.

If your order is outside of 7 days but you have an issue and are within the warranty period, please email us shop@dazydog.com with details.

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item, within the same country of purchase.

Our Clearout Sale is all about making room — we’ve got excess stock in some styles and sizes, so we’re offering genuine discounts while that stock lasts.

There’s no official end date — the sale will run until these items sell through. We’ll update the site as stock levels change, but popular sizes may go quickly.

Discount codes will work on full-priced items and most marked-down products.

However, during major storewide sales (like Black Friday or EOFY sales) or special offers (like bundles or Buy 1 Get X deals), discount codes may be disabled — either by us or due to Shopify limitations.

In those cases, discounts are already built in, and extra codes won’t stack on top.
