We ship from Sydney
Your order is processed same business day if ordered before 2PM, otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
For free shipping options, delivery is 2-8 days, depending on your proximity to the product location.
For express delivery (extra charge at checkout) delivery is 1-4 days, depending on your proximity to the product location.

An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s).
If this does not happen, Contact Us and we will provide you the tracking link.
Note: We recommend providing your email and phone number during ordering so you can receive more shipping alerts from the carrier. Please keep yourself up to date with the delivery tracking.

Contact us via email (email@example.com) within the warranty period with full details of the issue, immediatly after it arises.
Refer to the Return Policy for full information. Generally:
*Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
*Opened items differ from product to product. Refer to the individual product page FAQ section for return criteria for that item.
If your order is outside of 7 days but you have an issue and are within the warranty period, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item, within the same country of purchase.
