We know our pricing is the LOWEST for our High Quality Luxury Dog Beds -but if for some reason your have found an equivalent bed at lower pricing than ours , we will match the pricing, subject to the below conditions.
What are the conditions
- Bed must be near identical to ours in regards to its main components:
- 2 layer memory foam of similar thickness
- bolster / head rest to all sides
- waterproof liners to foam components
- vacuum sealed and sold online
- similar dimensions for that size (eg within 10% of ours) – some companies have significantly smaller beds than ours , whereby their medium is actually our size large.
- does not include inferior designed beds with pop out middle mattress - these are significantly cheaper to manufacture and not equivalent to our Luxury Beds.
- Must be the same style of cover:
- Boucle, Plush or Shag
- Zippers
- Anti-slip base.
Colour does not matter as long as it’s the same fabric style.
- Pricing to be compared must include delivery.
- Quality / Guarantees must be comparable to ours:
-3 year no-sag foam guarantee
-1 year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Product must be readily available for purchase and brand new unopened/unused condition. Does not include pre-sales, backorders, seconds. Product must be located in Australia.
- Does not include Pricing errors.
- Company must be established and trading for over 1 year and not in liquidation, closing sale or end of style sale.
- Does not include 1 off listings on marketplaces, eg eBay.
- Limited to 2 beds per customer.
- Final assessment is by Dazy Dog – our goal is to match any honest, lower pricing, but we cannot accept errors or false pricing or anybody gaming the system.
How do I request a Price Match?
Simply present proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product (or their brands equivalent), which meets the conditions set out below (email help@dazydog.com with the subject: Price Guarantee Check).
Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method (and same term, if purchasing with an Interest Free Plan), we will happily match the price.
